The fintech investment, ripple is considering moving it headquarter to the UK or other countries like United Arab Emirates, Singapore Japan etc., where Crypto currencies regulations is not as complex as that of the US government.

According to the Ripple CEO Brad Garlinhouse, the UK government doesn't see ripple as security but as a currency for payment unlike the way US sees it.

I think Ripple should evaluate their options and go for the one that will favour them .they shouldn't relax in a place simply because they started from that place .

The body language for the CEO shows they will settle for UK while expand their businesses in the other countries mentioned. Their payment is already active in Nigeria.

It will be great for them because us complex regulations becoming hard for them and they consider other countries to for friendly stance
Totally its a great idea

Ripple is becoming very popular now and we'll embrace by a lot of people. Moving the headquarter to uk isn't a bad idea if that's good enough for them

Well in my opinion there are basically countries we would consider as power economies my guess would be UK,USA,Australia,Canada,China and Germany. To some extent Russia aswel but USA tops the list as the most influential environment for both bankable fixed and mobile assets. So it's a matter of how much and category of asset they will leave behind because moving out of the USA and yet you are a big company is a suicide regardless of conditions imposed.

I truly agree with you . But then what is the point of staying in a business friendily environment where at the end , taxation and other policies takes away a good percentage of your profit ?

Yeah that is just the irony of it all and the laws of playing big. If every big company applied the theory that it is better to go to a location with less tax these big companies would have relocated to africa by now but that is not the case as we can see all the mega rich companies are in the elite countries and we have to sought after their products and yet they could make the cost of doing business cheaper but they are still maintaining to stay in the prime area.

Well , you are not wrong with this concept . I only hope that they will be able to have something tangible in the end after settling the taxation

That's true though this company won't mind to relocate to a better environment , Nigerla tends to attract more of Crypto currency investment just the government has not formally legalized it. Recall ripple already has payment network in Nigeria.

Its just the things these financial gurus do amaze us so much but i guess we just have to watch by.Yeah we just have to follow the outcome of Ripple's decision because in my personal thought it has really performed extremely well and csnt wait for it to break big in africa.

Yeah Africans can wait to have this promising coin be handled in a huge way by us just like a lot of people are indulging bitcoin now. We are doing better now

Without a doubt we just have to follow the outcome. When it comes to Nigeria it is really possible that Ripple can even set base there because Nigeria has been a super power economy right from onset but its just amazing why it does not translate or add up.
By now we should have seen more than what is on the ground in terms of leading the way in the crypto world in africa.

With the current vandalisation of company's properties at any eruption of crises . I think most investor will be scared to come to Nigeria to erect a structure
