Actually, i think the entrepreneur has nothing to with the current price of the market , they just always follow market condition which can help them to determine market current price in order to fix their price of their products.

Gaining traction for your forum is also a very difficult thing to do in these days and times. I don't believe you would need a forum as a new start up. You can leverage on the audience available in an old and established forum. To start looking for audience for your forum so you can promote your business is such hardwork that I don't think is worth it.
