I am not just quite new on this great forum in my own little capacity I have tried to refer people to participate on this forum.
Just last week I request for the forum rules and regulations in which you gave me

I study it and my referrals study it also.
Please there are two issues that I want you to address for proper clarification
(1) I like opening thrreads on sport but to my greatest surprised yesterday my points were reduced and my threads were deleted.
You said " that questions are or is not asked on sport section* if I may quote you right.
The point is that you have not stated that on the rules and regulations of the forum.
Or
You have sent a warning message to me that about.
When I joined the forum I saw people opening threads by starting with questions and I thought that is normal here.
Please I want to apart from sport section which other section can also be affected so that I can be cautioned
(2) My referral complained to that the system did not permit him to open a thread though he is a new person on the forum he is not up to a week here.
" I tried to create a tread and they said I have insufficient privilege to post a tread" please what does this mean is there any changes in the rules.
Though among those that I referred he is the only one that complained about this.
Please admin I need explanation so that we can be guided.
