For security reasons, some cashouts have to be verified by our team to avoid abuse from some users. After that verification, if everything is fine, the cashout is sent to the user without any issue :)

If you are playing fairly and your cashout goes to verification, you don't have to worry, as it will be sent as soon as it's verfied by our team.

Sorry, I didn't see this post before for some reason.

1) Not really sure what you mean here, the casino has had the same owner since its launch years ago.
2) Some cases could take longer, maybe your cashout is suspicious for some reason, so the programmers need more time to check your account. If you played fairly, then you don't have to worry and you will receive your money as soon as possible. If you want to know what happened, please contact the support team of the website.

You can check the rest of the topic and see that no one or almost no one has complained about pending payments. And if they complain, it's most probably a case like yours, so they get eventually paid if they played fairly.

P.S.: Why do you keep creating new accounts to reply here and in the other topic?
