First of try to promote the products those who accepts in their program, after that move into the best rates program. I am with Peerfly, but haven't tried yet.

I think maxbounty seems to have most of the pay per sign up offers which have higher rate of conversion. Apart from that if you go for the pay per download sites, you'd find that they seem to have nice pay per sign up offer. You may want to narrow network which has niche specific offers though. Not a lot of them are open to all. And in such cases you'd have to find out what works for your niche.

MaxBounty is what you looking for, I still wait for their phone verification, pretty hard to get approved in this CPA affiliate network.

There are quit a number of networks that has this kind of offers but getting into them is very hard. I will suggest you or anyone else try out CrakRevenue.com; Approval is pretty easier there.

We can find those offers on many sites, for example on Neo Bux, Ayu wage... on almost every paid to click site we have some offers that they are going to pay us to complete. Some of them are good, but I have find many, many sites that are not very safe. Also registration on many sites is not sure. I think it is better to check every page, because you can have some problems.

Actually, I'm thinking about any CPA network for pay per signup offers. From my experienc, I can say NeoBux or Clicksense's are not so good...

@Mr. B , do you have any list of CPA offers without engaging to any CPA network? I think, it's great when someone directly work with the business owner. What about you...?

I agree with you that they are not very good, what I wanted to say is to is better to check some sites before you sing up on them to complete offer. There are many groups on FB where you can find those sites for offers.

To be able to get direct CPA offers you need to provide high volume of leads.
That's why most marketers sign up with CPA networks, including me.
