As reported by Zdnet, Pakistan has joined US and India to ban the popular (and low quality) video sharing app TikTok in their country. The country's telecommunication authority, known as PTA announced the ban just a few days ago, and the reason is because of the immoral content that can be easily found by using the app. The PTA has given TikTok enough time to address this issue and yet TikTok does nothing to fix it. Not only that, Japan is also considering banning the app.

It's a win for the Tiktok platform and to we that expulse our data.
If there is a way I can promote my link on tiktok it will be a very good addition because the number of views I do get from tiktok is important to me compared to the number of followers.
Just half of the people clicking my link can really boost my traffic.

YOu can promote on Facebook or on different social media like Twitter and WhatsApp ,you share your vidoes to get people to click and watch ,but I note that if your followers is more it's better , because you could serve as infulencers for brand which is a very big improvement and development in the way you would like

I also wish Tiktok can be banned in my country (Nigeria) the immoral content on the app is quite alarming. The app is also very addictive, my younger sister can burn the house simply because she's on TikTok. Everyone has complained but she's addicted to the App, and it's annoying.

I Think there really need to be a way it's reduced and some certain age limit should be made available to use it , because of how addictive it is and the immoral content should be filtered away , because they could send in wrong and corrupt information to the kids that are actually watching the video ,but most infulencers makes money from it ,that's why I can recommend banning it

Well, according to the review I have read that one can earn through tiktok but it has level of your reputation maybe this is more reason why some people love to visit the app. Also, some users visit to entertain their followers. But as for those that don't earn from the app like viewers I don't think they should be visiting because it's a way of exhausting data in a wrong manner.
However I would say I love the country that ban the app due to immorality.

This is actualyl very interesting because i think that there is a lot of content that is on the internet that can be considered to be immoral however i have not seen a ban on that, however the in the broader sense of thing i do understand what they are doing here and i do support it.

I believe that certain places have rules and regulations that is guiding them depending on the amount of people in the population. You as much as I do not see anything wrong with the tiktok app it is at their own discretion to think if it is promoting a morality or not and I have no problem with that.

Pakistan is one of the countries that really has one of the largest population in the world and as such I believe that they should be able to at least allow people to view content that is personally suited for them. I also understand that different countries in the world usually have what works for them depending on their culture and how conservative they are and as such I really do not blame them for that.

I do not use tiktok but i do before and i can say there are fun contents in there but also a lot of bad videos that can influence other people kids to be exact there are no supervision. Toxicity is everywhere on the internet it's just tiktok is one of that place to see many

I agree. The fact that TikTok is getting more and more popular by the day makes it easier to just single it out of several others. Personally, I think the platform needs stricter regulations about the type of content allowed and also the need for disclaimers for contents not suitable for children and underage viewing.

i think at times that's why it's best to show kids the videos that are more positive ,and that's the reason you see so many kids even involving in different social vices and others ,there are really toxicity everywhere ,the bad video's actually tend to corrupt their minds from time to time with the range of things

The country could have handled that differently, like by asking for tighter moderation from the app developers, or heavy punishment for immoral and inappropriate content. Tiktok is a powerful tool for businessmen and businesswomen to use for advertising.

Business promotion on Tiktok will always be poor , and only immoral company doing immoral things can only advertise their business on the platform, because the platform is meant for uploading of short videos and most of the times funny video on the app.

This is something that actually comes as a bit of confusion for me but ultimately I am not surprised about it. Different communities usually have moral obligations that are backing them and as such you cannot really be so bothered that they are trying to protect things that are not against their way of life. It will be very good if they can develop their own application also.

I am not a fan of Tiktok either because I am not satisfy with the way their application and the site is being run by people , there are many reason why it was ban by some religious country , mainly because it can corrupt and change the ways their citizen believe.

A country my uphold its values and morals in order to keep it's citizens safe from dirty,immoral and unlawful act , and there are some application online that are promiting those immoral and unlawful act which might change how people thinks and behave,
