This is indeed very detailed information on Search Engine Optimization. It is also important to note that you may follow all the steps mentioned above but fail to see results sooner. That is okay, Google sometimes take a while to rank a new website. However in the long run you should be able to see the results as expected. It is estimated to take anywhere between 6 - 12 months for a new site to rank. Sometimes it may take less than that.
