I've been thinking I'd be giving free blogging a try for a long time, I did blogger a try in 2009 or 2010 but I was all over the place & it was a mess. So I'm thinking about it as a side hustle and business opportunities in future & all, but the problem is I'm flat broke, I don't have any money to spend on it, I don't have a laptop, I just have a smartphone. So free blog on blogger is one option for me, I know it's gonna be tough & I have to post at least 50 articles before even getting approved by AdSense but need suggestions guys. I spend 'time' on timebucks but I only have 3/4 dollars there, had a plan about buying a domain with tb money, but ya wanna hear from you guys.

I like your zeal and determination to succeed in blogging though I don't your country and I don't if Google gives certain privilege to a particular country.
The fact is that Google will not grant your application if you are applying for Google AdSense. Have that in mind.

I always interested on any topic having connection with blogger, especially on how to program a webpage.
But my problem is just like yours, I don't have anyone to guide me through, and I don't have money to start.
