I tried an app of this kind a few months back. I cannot recall the name but the working concept was similar to the one stated by you.

I started but soon gave up. The idea of diaplying ads on my lockscreen did not appear good. I felt awkward when taking out my phone in public places. Maybe, this kind of site is doing good for you but I simply could not follow it.

Fronto. Just the same. swipe to earn. Need to wait for a bit of time to earn. Before I also tried some. I've forgotten their name already. They paid, but more annoying than useful. Sorry if that sounds negative. It's just my experience.
