That's a huge investment. 400 dollars is a big amount and not everyone might be comfortable investing that to start with. Maybe they can join it as free member to begin with and over the period of time, they might feel comfortable to invest and continue with high earnings potential.
India is not mentioned in the list. So, it doesn't work for Indian users.

Thanks got sharing. This sounds very interesting but there is no way I could afford to buy or invest that kinda money. If it was possible then I wouldn't be looking for free to low income sites.
