I don't understand what you are trying to say
How much do you have in your balance on PAYEER wallet ?
If you have only 12 rubles , them I advise you to just try with 1 rubles
As the site didn't pay me three times consecutively
And didn't pay my ref profit too.
I invested in 5 other site
I'll update if I get paid

Dear Bro. This was my first payment, in goal. And then will certainly think about your second project.
