Anyway, one way to monetize a visitor when they come to your website is to use a miner but often people have been using Coinhive and often in secret. This is not good because it mines when the user is not aware.
It is better to tell users and be open because, sometimes they have ad-blockers and so you can't monetize with ads. I was on Bitcoincloudmining (not my site btw) and it uses Moonify. They have a great revenue share model (you get 70% and your visitors get 30% so they actually get paid for being on your site).
