A few days ago, European financial platform Hi announced a partnership with MasterCard to launch a new debit card customizable with some NFT avatars of "Blue Chip" collections.
To obtain the card one must have a Gold Membership on #Hi, obtainable by staking 100,000 Hi dollars, the platform's native token, worth $4,600. It will also require a process
of NFT ownership verification before the card is customized. In addition, a limited number of "Blue Chip" NFT collections will be supported: CryptoPunks, Bored Ape, Yacht Club, Goblintown, Moonbirds and Azuki.
The card also grants some additional benefits like the ability to make purchases in both fiat and stablecoins but also in crypto (in all places where MasterCard is accepted), hotel credits and redemptions on Netflix and Spotify.
