So im in the online game's community and throughout the course, I often found someone who's trying to sell off their account in a good price. I wonder if doing so is legal. Many game like League of Legend, Clash of clan has so many people playing it to the max just to sell it in the future. Have you tried doing so?

I guess that is common here in our country, selling account and ragnarok is where it all started. There is no other easy way to earn by playing but selling account, item or piloting account. some can even sell a single account for 10k pesos.

Yes,many persons,kids or even grown ups are addicted to every type of games,and other people can make a good deal out of it and a very good profit.Games have been and always will be very popular online and for some people this is a very good business opportunity.

This account selling started way back in the first Ragnar ok era. I haven't done it my nephew who is a Ragnarok player always do this. He creates an account, build it up and sell it.
Question is, why other people buying already built up accounts? It's because they don't want to go through the process of being a noon, or they don't have as much time to build their own characters from zero. Understandably, there are lots of cyber bullies specially on online games. These bullies (who probably bought an account as well) love to pick up on newbies.
The higher the level of a character plus if equipped with rare or unique gears means it's more expensive.
Another way to make money on online games is selling rare items.
Some also earn money for building up the character of other players.

Ragnarok was life. Those were the days. Well, cards ain't cheap after all. Since those times Ragnarok was a pay-to-play kind of game. Well, mostly those were the games those times. But, at least it was really really a fun experience.

If the game administrator allows it, you can actually sell your account within the game. You can use the in game chat to advertise that you are selling your account. Buyers need to see what they are buying anyways.
But it is always safer if you sell it to someone whom you can meet face-to-face. There are lots of Scammers out there.

I've sold an old account for about $45. It was a mobile game called Summoners Wars that has a gatcha-like game model. You get random monsters from time to time, I received a very very rare monster (maybe the best in game) and even if my account was low level I still made a nice profit from that.

I have tried the game before and it was really addicting. My cousin used to sell accounts,zeni and rare item from that game and he really earned a lot from ragnarok.

Not sure about games like COC but I know accounts on games like Runescape go for a lot of money because it is a lot of work to level these accounts. With a maxed account you can also farm gold and sell that to someone. Was big in the news a while ago that a lot of people in Venezuela were doing this because they made $3 a hour killing a certain animal in the game and gathering the loot.
