Mads Bidstrup has been signed by Red Bull Salzburg on a permanent transfer.
Mads is from Denmark
He plays as a midfielder he makes the moves to Red Bull Salzburg for an undisclosed terms.
Since July 2020, Bidstrup has been with Brentford and he had 14 first-team appearances during his time in TW8.
Six of his spells came during the 2020/21 Sky Bet Championship campaign, and he played at the final whistle when the Bees won and promoted to the Premier League.
The Denmark young star player made 8 appearances for the club during the 2021/22 season, and 4 as a substitute in the Premier League.
Brentford football director, Phil Giles, said: "Mads is one of the best professionals we have worked with over recent seasons. He is so dedicated and is someone who always scores highly on our athletic testing. He did extremely well on loan over the last 18 months, and ideally we would've liked to work with him for longer. However, we all recognise that at this stage of his career Mads needs to continue to start games every week.
"Since we are not in a position to offer him that we have agreed this transfer and will continue to be invested in his future success. I know everyone here will be pleased for Mads and wish him the best of luck at his new club."
