I have both ios and android and I'm looking for an app developer to make an app where I can watch ads and earn you money that will be split with me. Thinking somewhere around 50/50. I'm in the USA and would prefer payment via btc, cashapp, or amazon gcs.

As a developer myself, I can tell you that paying a developer by sharing revenue is not going to work out well for either you or the developer- the developer is less likely to get paid fairly and you are more likely to get an inexperienced developer (as experienced developers know that revshare is a really bad way to be paid), and so you are less likely to get a quality program. If you want a good quality program, you should be looking at spending literally thousands of dollars.
Don't think it's easy to make an app, either. Competition is fierce, for a start. Plus, it costs £60 a year (iirc) to get an Apple App Store license and $25 for a Play Store license. If you don't do any marketing, you'll probably get at most 5 downloads, if that.
Making an app for business purposes is a huge outlay. If you're not serious about this, then don't bother.

Clearly this was misinterpreted. I wanted someone who already had an app to let me be paid to watch ads in it.
