Hello, i have inquire about BCH , i just sent some BCH from wallet of coinpayments to my coinpot.co and the payment is confirmed since 8 days but the payment hasn't been deposited yet to my coinpot wallet my transaction info URL is : https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch/tx/dc1425435ddda9a465706394ff74a20ada46f053898430f5569abe34eafa53ec so is that due to the hardfork ? i hope you give me advice as i tried to contact coinpot support and they don't response me at all , Regards.

Well my friend has experienced the same situation , during the hardfork of bch. He had sent 0.01 bch to his coinpot wallet and the transaction is actually confirmed but he never received his deposit in coinpot even after waiting for months. He too contacted coinpot support but they never reply , then he just lost all his hopes . I think the issue is with coinpot wallet . If anyone else can solve your issue , it should be the coinpot support team , but sadly they never reply anyone !!

Yeah they are almost dead support , i need to solve this matter , i have no idea how to recover my coins

Same situation here but with DOGE.
On the 21st of Dec 2019 I requested and confirmed a withdraw for 2300 DOGE coins but till date have not received it to my wallet.
I contacted support 2 days ago but no reply from them.

Oh, this is not good at all. There are so many issues now happening with coinpot. I was able to withdraw my doge from there but just small amount. The problem is when the amount is big.

it is well known that coinpot has no support, nobody has ever received a response in these years.

so there are 2 basic rules, never deposit (this applies to all site and not only for coinpot, "not your keys, not your coins"), and always withdraw whenever the minimum is reached

I used coinpot as an exchanger previously and even I lost bch worth $5. But I didn't face any problems with altcoins like doge , maybe if the amount is big , coinpot is not a good option to use as an exchanger.

Yes , i mostly use it as exchanger between various coins but its not safe to use actually

Yeah it's not safe at all. After my friend's incident , I too stopped using coinpot for any reason and quitted all the moon faucets and bitfun faucet , we never know when they become Completely scam.
