Yeah everyone is using the same tools but the strategy is different. See, between a new-beginner and an expert is the ideas, experience, and strategies. Contents are updating regularly in the search engine, we should update or refreshing our content too

I agree that it can be difficult. While it is not too hard to learn the basic practices of it, the competition makes it difficult. Hiring a SEO expert who can help you, or at least give you some advice from time to time about how to do it better can be a good idea.

Yes it is not that simple and until you have a complete command on the seo if you are an sole individual then there is very less chance that you will get ranked for any content so you first need to learn about ranking content before even creating content to be honest in my opinion .
