Youtube is one of the social media sites where you could upload video and make money online online. In order to do that, you must have a really exceptional Youtube channel with a lots of videos and great thumbnails. This means that you must have exceptional and really informative content in order to get your channel monetised. However, is it possible to make money by selling your Youtube channel? Can you actually do that? I mean is it allowed to sell your Youtube channel as per the terms and conditions of youtube? What do you think? I need some guidance in this regards.

He may have reason for this. At times, we may need what we think we don't need now in the future. I have some personal experience when I sold off things and I later needed them later. I bought it more expensive.
Ah, but only if in that sense. Which is not necessary yet, but let it be. It might come in handy later. So I have such a channel myself. I don't develop it at all. Just periodically, once every two, three months I post a video and that's it. I honestly don't need it. He's just about everything. That's why I don't touch it. Although sometimes new comments appear under some videos.

@Terz17. In that case, it is even better to sell off that channel since it is not useful for you now and you don't have any intention to use it later as well. It may even fetch you more money if you sell it on some right channels.

It's useless to sell it. It's just not about anything! I will spend more energy on selling than I will earn on it. Let it be like a memory of my first experience of creating a YouTube channel. As you say - and suddenly come in handy!

It is against their policy. You cannot sell a channel. A channel can be taken down in 2 minutes, without any mercy. Youtube is well known for closing and banning channels that violate their terms.

It is clear that this is contrary to their policy. But still, people do it. They put the left email during registration and sell quietly. That is, the channel is sold together with a Google account. People do this on purpose. Everyone earns as he can. There are even special exchanges for resale.

You are right, many people have successfully sold their channels and many MCN have bought many channels.

Here we come to the end of the topic of conversation. You can sell a YouTube channel, and many do it. You just have to be careful when making a deal. It is advisable to use a trusted intermediary. And everything will be fine. On the other hand, the seller doesn't care what happens next with the channel, whether the channel is banned or not. He got money!

If you have a channel with hundreds of thousands of subscribers, then you may upload a video even a long time and it will still get many views. However, this will happen only if you have hundreds of thousands of subscribers. But you will still be losing revenue if you upload a video after a really long time.

I don't even know how many subscribers I have there :). If you get two groans, then it's good. I mean, he just is. At one time I wanted to monetize it, but then I switched to creating websites. I also successfully developed them for half a year, but they also disappeared. They didn't deliver what was expected. Offline gave more.

Although before selling your YouTube channel ,you have to ensure that the channel actually have more subscribers and others , because you can't just sell an ordinary YouTube channel ,I believe that's very important to note before anything else

I don't think that's possible. Well, maybe can be done. However, how about the identity of the Vlogger or YouTuber? Only if the YouTube Channel is more of showing the face. But if it is something like doing voiceovers, I think it is possible. But... Is it allowed to do so?

According to the rules of YouTube, the sale of channels is strictly prohibited. But, you can sell. There are even specialized exchanges. I didn't do it myself, but a Google search gives several specialized exchanges at once. And this is only in our segment of the Internet, not to mention the Western one. If everything is done carefully, then everything is possible.

There are some people that have made a lot of money from such kind of activities , only that you need to place more emphasis on the channel you are selling , because it definitely needs to have a lot of subscriber's and others ,if you want to get it to a higher range

Yep, you can sell your youtube channel (especially verified channels and channels that are monetized)

However, PLEASE don't do it unless if you absolutely need to do it. Use what you have wisely!
This is actually a great advice. One should not be too eager to sell their YouTube channel because it could make them more money in the long run. You can only sell one channel at a time because you will need to monetize each one you sell.

Exactly, channels don't really have much value unless they are monetized. Except if they are a rare channel (for example: an account that was made in 2005, a channel with a bugged username, etc)

yeah it's another way to earn more money , although the person should actually sell the channel according to the worth of it ,so that it would not look like the person is actually dashing or giving out the channel at a very low price

You're right about that. That's the reason I don't seem to understand when they say they are into the business of selling YouTube channels as though they create channels everyday and resell them the next day.

Just like that, creating fresh YouTube channels for sale really does not make sense. I can't even think of a reason why they might be useful. A person sells a channel if he needs money. But normal money can only be obtained from the sale of a channel that has good traffic.

I think that no person would actually buy your channel either if you sell a Youtube channel with a very low number of subscribers. This is something that we must remember. I think you must have several thousands of subscriber before planning to sell. it.

This is even the concern of the buyers. Which buyers will buy any channel that doesn't have many subscribers? There is also the need to make sure our channel has not been issued warning not to be a problem for the buyer.
