I came across a lot of products using some weird names that almost look the the same as popular brands names, for example "Acliclas" as a rip-off of "Adidas" and "Huowei" as a rip-off of "Huawei", do you think that this is an illegal thing to do ? does the original companies have the right to take down those rip-off brands and sue them ?

Many people consider the cost of acquiring a professional to do the job, that is the reason they pick the option of stealing people's brand
That shouldn't be their excuse knowing fully well that is they copy people brand , they would be kept in jail for a long time

Thinking of something different is the best way forward ,if the person can't do that he could hire professionals to beautify the brand
Yeah, right. There are many professionals who can do that. So there is no need to go ahead and use a brand name similar to another one. It will only lead you to trouble.

Yes hiring professionals is another means to Carry out the task, because some business persons might be confused about what to do. Consulting a professional will help to avoid waste of time and resources on a business that is already existing.

There are so many professionals available on different platforms like fiverr , upwork, etc.that are ready to do the job, to avoid issues he should use them

Good, getting professional should not be an issue in the way to getting names for an organization. Meeting the right people is the key.

You can meet the right people in the platform , there are so many people in the platform just look for the people with high rating on the platform

I know right we should be more careful in anything we are doing and always take advantage of any given opportunity that is legit not taking brand names
That's it ooooh. Legit method is what brings honor to ones name. I just wish that people will understand that word 'honorable'. If they do hmmm, what are we now talking, the world will be a better place to live in and enjoy.

Yeah most people prefer doing legit ways because they know how it is ,to make money through illegal ways and get caught ,then have a bad name

Apart from copying the original names I'm even more concerned about them deceiving buyers. I mean if you don't even look at it properly you can even buy the fake one unknowingly. It is wrong to me

Very wrong and you now see dubious sellers pass off those imitations as the real brands. Many untrained eyes have bought such unintentionally.

Yeah that's the truth, if you do not look well you can buy them thinking it is the brand that you know and sometimes for still the price of the original brand to prevent you from detecting very wrong moves

That is just the painful part to me as the consumer, making me pay the price of the original for an imitation. It is very common here and people fall for such all the time.

Yeah it is always a way to quickly avoid you from looking at the product twice. If they price they are offering you is far apart from the original they know you would detect easily. So they try to confuse one with the real Price

They are actually doing that because they see one product proressing , so they are actually keen on taking advantage o it. I think

Mate imitating brand name is illegal it could take someone to jail ,if its big brand then the person is in very big trouble , just create a copy and build your own
Small or big brand imitating is really illegal ,many people have gone been sentenced to different years imprisonment , all have to be more careful

Mate i know , what i mean is those small brands don't care much ,its the big brand that care much about their brand been used illegally
If the Big brands or small brands care or not your adequate research is still needed when bringing up your brand ,so that people will not steal your brand

Mate its not only about adequate research many big brand shows more concern and dont like their products to be used like that they know the goodwill involved
If you make research you can get some clue on how to go about creating your brand and differenciating it fron others ,there is that advantage too

You are right that humans for you always looking out to compete with others instead of trying to be original they are lazy mentally and just want to copy others

I think many might have their own great skills in creating a unique brand but that belief that others own are better, makes them look into copying
