Intraday trading is a trade where position is opened and closed in the same day. Here you settle with loss or profit whatver it gives to you. You don't hold even the loss position and materialise the position within the day. Where as in swing trading, you hold the position for several days or may be weeks.

Which trading is better for us? For me I think intraday trading has high leverage than swing trading, then also I will prefer swing trading as it gives you the time to bring your loosing trade to positive territory and then your free to close the position.

It is quite interesting if you engage yourself in a day trading, because you would make huge amount of profit from this venture if you are very good in the analysis of the market sentiment using a shorter time frame. This is one of the best ways at which forex traders makes money in the market.

The advantage of day trading is that you can avoid large losses because most day traders actively monitor their trades and sell out as soon as they are profitable; this is a simple pattern and strategy that must be followed; there are no big risks involved because a coin may fall while you are sleeping, so this option is better in my opinion.

Both method's of trading has to do with the level of knowledge, exposure and experience to forex trading. I think the daily trading is for less experience once, with little capital and leverage, while the swing trading are for the experience once who vast knowledge of the system and with large amounts of capital. Intraday trading is mainly for individuals while swing trading is mainly carried out by cooperate bodies.

If you engage in day trading, it is pretty exciting because you may make a lot of money if you are really excellent at analysing market emotion utilising a shorter time frame. This is one of the most effective strategies for forex traders to profit from the market. It's quiet risky then also.
