InstaGC is a survey site and a GPT (get paid to) website. Here you can take surveys, watch videos, complete offers, save money using store coupons, and much more. It basically doesn't say who can sign up and use this site. However, when you go to cash out they require a phone number from you. They need to verify your identity in order to send you your gift card or money to your PayPal account.

How Does it Work?

• You can use your Twitter, Facebook, or even your Google+ accounts to sign up for the site.
• Otherwise, enter your first and last name, email address, password and tell the site how you heard about them.
• You are allowed only one account on the site and the site will verify your identity before you are paid.

How Can You Earn?

• Surveys: Take a survey and earn around $.00 to $1.05 for each survey. They normally take 30 + minutes to complete.
• Offers Wall: Complete different offers on the offers wall. Just pay close attention to some offers. They will require you to use a credit card. If you sign up for a free trial period make sure you go back and cancel this before it expires. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged.
• Watch Videos: There are some videos that will require you to watch 3 videos in order to earn 1 point, while others ones will make you watch 10 videos before you can earn 1 point. This is very time-consuming for the rewards they offer.
• Redeem Bonus Points: From time to time, the site will add a bonus to their social media pages. If you find the code it is possible to redeem this code for points on the site.
• Referrals: Earn 10 points for referring people to the site. The person who joins under your referral code will also earn 10 points. Plus, when the person earns points on the site, you'll earn an additional 10%.
• Coupons: This is an added bonus on the site. You can print out the coupon to save money at the different markets.
• Buy Products: When you order products direct from the site, you'll earn points for shopping with them.
• Search Engine: The site has a search engine you can use. The points are slow for using their search engine. At times it will take 10 searches to earn 1 point.

How Are You Paid?

• You can cash out 100 points for a $1 gift card. There are many to chose from on the site.
• If you want to be paid by PayPal, you'll need 5000 points.
• You can also request an eCheck or a direct deposit to your bank account.

I have the same problem. I liked that the cashout was low, but it is terribly difficult to try to earn anything since where I'm from I get so little offers. Love the site but bad location for me. Sad.

Yes, it seems like that's the only way to actually make money on these sites. Do you have any tips for promoting referral links? I mean, we can post here, but a lot of forums don't really like that. I know some people spam their social media accounts and some set up pages/blogs just to post their referral links. Am I missing anything?

A question about instaGC. I just tried to join it today and in order to fully join I have to link it with my PayPal account. When I do that, it takes me to the PayPal site and instaGC wants some permission to see the name, age, blabla. Is this all okay to allow? I don't want to get hacked

I joined instaGC years ago and it works well at first. However, I eventually get few tasks like surveys. Also, I am not into other tasks offered, that's why I left the website. However, I agree that the website is legitimate. I might go back if it will work for me. Perhaps it has something to do with location as well.
