Hello! So I am currently 3rd year college, I like web programming. But in programming like java, c#. I am not interested. Is it okay that I am not good at programming in java or c#? And what should I learn more? I am currently studying HTML, CSS and PHP. I have some knowledge in Database.

I believe you are on the right track with your course of study as a programmer to be it pertinent you focus more on JavaScript and PHP so as to stand at par your colleagues, get more involved in programming tutorials on YouTube and websites and don't just have knowledge of them but be well equipped and versatile with it.

Yes, I am actually focusing on PHP right now, Because many of my friends says PHP will be my weapon in making websites :)

If you want to be web developer so it is complete package because html, css and php are enough for web development and you could be good web developer by just learning only these three languages.

You should focus on CSS and PHP if you like web programming and want to design websites!

I believe that you are trying to be focusing on too many things at the same time and I thought I will advise you to just pick one and be very good enough. If you want to become a web developer then you should pick your HTML and CSS class is very seriously. If you will want to become a mobile app developer then you should probably take your Java classes more serious.
