Newly launched smartphone Huawei Mate 40 has a digital wallet for storing digital yuan. China had recently launched its digital currency known as digital yuan in Shenzhen province and gave it to the public for testing. The smartphone wallet has enhanced security and users can carry out transactions offline. Due to US sanctions, this may be the last Huawei smartphone powered by Android.

I wouldn't trust built in phone crypto wallets.. i think it will be the target for hackers. Plus changing phones will be quite a headache. Repaires too.. basically handing your wallet to other people.

it it great if we have such a wallet in-built , i think they should allow btc as well along with the native currency so users can take more advantage of selling like mycelium and they can earn fees in this way

considering that this phone was actually made in china, but still got something that's related to crypto is just crazy! i mean the company still did consider and think about people that are outside of china which is great!

I see your point yes with bitcoin inclusion people will want to take more advantage of the wallet and this will in turn bring more sales for the phone
