Construction worker can be regarded as a laborer on the site. These Are The People Who carry the building materials all over the places.

They are the one sending on an errand on the site and they do most of the dirty work. They work with carpenters bricklayers and some other people on the site.

Since these people do a lot of work I assume that they are going to earn a lot of money I'll be glad if anyone here can tell me how much is the salary of a construction worker. Thanks in advance.

Construction in Government Reserve Area is different from construction in a metropolitan area . Some charged as high as $12 per day why some charged as low as $5 per day especially in a village area

yeah I believe some construction workers really do charge more for operation and others , so the salaries of the construction workers really varies at times , most construction workers really do earn a lot of money by the way to meet some certain expectations I think

yeah they would buy drugs to retain themselves ,most of them go through rigorous stress and that can't keep happening , the salary would amount to nothing if it's a low salary , the drugs are really needed for help I think ,it have its benefits

The rate of which a construction worker receives differs from one establishment from the other. But the skilled workers are usually paid higher than the unskilled workers in the company. So it could not be determined..

Usually, they prefer to get daily payments but if they are employed by a company then they will get a monthly salary and other privileges that all labor gets under the company low and as per current rates they will get minimum $100 per month but its the minimum so they will get more as per their skills and experience.

Construction workers work here on wages that are not kept on the monthly salary. I agree they have to work very hard physically and if we consider their work they are paid less. Here in India, they are paid around $3.75-$4 per day. Here those who are not literate and dont have any skills work as a labourer but I believe it's better to be a labourer than unemployed.

That's the problem with the construction worker they work below their efficiency because there is no parameter on how much work they have to do in a day. It's very hard to take work from them. They will waste time during lunch and tea breaks and you cannot dictate them because while working it won't look as if they are wasting time.

This is why majority have started to prepare their homes and buildings on contract basis so this way you don't need to be bothered about the efficiency of work and mostly these workers are from UP and bihar side in India and not all are skilled.

That is right. It's easy to take work from them when they are on a contract basis. It's the responsibility of the contractor/builder to take work from them and pay them accordingly. These days I dont see people keep them on wages.

There are still workers here in my country that go with daily wages. Same way, the owner want it that too instead of contract..but still depend on the owner here. Not all can afford to hire contractors.

Here the cost of the contract and the daily wages are approximately equal so people prefer giving construction work on contract as that way it is the responsibility of a contractor to look after the progress of the work unlike when the work is being done by the daily wage labourer.

The weekly wage in my country is around $34. Yes, same here according to the skills. We have workers at the house and we pay them around that around or less. If less, my father give them snack or food to eat free of charge.

The main problem is the fact that inflation has made it quite hard for construction workers to survive and this is why they have no other option but to increase the labour charges. I think that the labour market is quite monopolistic in my country and in many other countries as well.
