Online business has come to stay and everyday by day thousands of people are searching for one product or the other to buy sometimes people feel so proud to buy goods online than offline it doesn't matter the cost.
There are people that still believe in old traditional ways of selling products no matter their level of exposure.
I have a friend that owns a very big shop he sells refrigerator and air condition he is a major distributor of these products.
I have been trying to convince him to start marketing his products online after all he has sales men that can he help him to handle the marketing process but he still doesn't seems to understand.
Though I told him to think of creating an online store for though I was looking at if he will give the contract to create the store for him.
But he still believe in old fashion.

How can one convince this kind of people?

I think this kind of person is just contented with the offline income but fails to understand what social media marketing will add to his business, it is just a way of reaching out to and making your products available to potential customers and even the so called current customers ,social media marketing takes business to height since it's beyond the local scope.

Yes you are right it is like he doesn't want to see beyond his environment. Though most these kind of people easily forget event that makes everybody to stay a home I mean covid 19 pandemic.
If most people hard their online store I believe business could have still go on
