Good day.
I am from the Philippines and I've been doing online jobs for some time now.
I only join programs that use paypal or bitcoin as payment processors.
Just want to ask my fellow Filipinos or those who are residing in the Philippines, what is the best way to withdraw your paypal funds into hard cash?

I am currently using my BDO savings account to cash out.
But the problem is I am charged 50 pesos by paypal and another 150 by the bank so total is 200 pesos everytime I send my paypal funds to my bank account. And it takes 2-4 days before the money will be available on my bank account.

If you have alternative please share it with me, or with our fellow Filipinos.

Gcash is the best option right now. No transaction fee, Paypal to Gcash in 1 minute.
They only charge when you withdraw from atm machine 20Php or $0.39
ok thanks. I have a Gcash before. I haven't used it for 2 years already. Do you think it is still active? Does Gcash have some kind of a card like an atm card?

You can try to log in again and see if it will still work, GCash have a Mastercard it cost Php100, you can withdraw money as long as you are a verified Gcash customer, just like what jfcuison said the service fee is Php20.

I have a verified gcash account and the verification was made via gcash official FB page. I was able to send my PayPal fund to it in an instant. I was hoping I can then cash in with coinsph but they are having issues with dragonpay. My last option I guess is to get this MasterCard and withdraw via an ATM. Is the MasterCard available on all Globe stores?

How did you verify your account? Did you upload a valid ID? When I validated my gcash before they require me to go to the nearest globe store for the KYC (know-your-customer) because it is required by BSP.

How about UnionBank's EONCard? Has anyone tried it? I bought one from seven-eleven store for 150 pesos. I activated it using the app from Playstore. Before using it to transfer funds from paypal I first read some reviews from other forums and from playstore and all I get are negative feedback. I was dismayed and didn't use it at all because I am afraid I will not get my cash. I still have the card though..

Last week we were at SM Dept store I thought I will try to do a KYC but the three people I talked to didn't know about KYC until I was referred to another girl tending their kiosk. She advised me to go to Villarica but I don't know if we had that in my area so I did my research on online verification. You can go here https://www.facebook.com/gcashverify/ send a message by clicking the blue bar that says "send message" then a bot will guide you . Prepare a photo of valid ID back and forth and signature on a white paper then bot will link you to Jaime he will call you video conference via FB chat to verify. It will be quick

you're welcome. That's right. If you go to the FB page do not comment on any thread because no one will answer. Click on the blue bar like I said above to make it easy fast and quick. I read lots of frustrated comments from people who got confused because they didn't follow simple instructions. Do not be like them and spread negative vibes and wrong impressions. My problem now is figure how to get that MasterCard ATM for cash withdrawal hope someone will provide some information here.

I'd like to tell you based on my mother's experience on that, she is a teacher that teaches English online. She receives her salary through PayPal, what now? She used to cash it out through BDO, correct, it was a whopping 200 pesos fee.

But later on her workmate suggested her to use Security Bank instead, it would only cost you 50 pesos fee OVERALL. I had some earnings on my dad's paypal from my YouTube, I told dad to transfer it to my mom's security bank, and they only deducted 50 pesos.

The great thing is, if you cash out with security bank through PayPal, they don't and charge you for the money you transfer.

You definitely should try it instead of GCash, it's difficult to find and get one these days.

Thank you for the information. The Security Bank account you used, is this like a savings account?

I've asked my mother and she said anything would do, yes a savings account would do. It's better to go to security bank physically and ask some questions because I can't answer them all.

My mother applied online and she had her account activated somehow by going to an ATM Machine. You can try applying now here https://www.securitybank.com/personal/accounts/account-opening-application/

Let me know if you have more questions :)

I prefer to convert it from Paypal to BTC and send it to BTC wallet, after that i'll request an withdraw from that wallet into my bank, it doesnt have any fee's the only fee, is when you're going to convert paypal to BTC

I used paymaya upon verifying my account, I never thought that Gcash is a better option. How can I withdraw to atm using gcash?

Yep it will work provided you still have your details intact, you can login then try to check if there news updates so as to avoid errors

Thank you jfcuison for creating this thread. I have issues too regarding cashing out from paypal.. How about paymaya? Has anyone tried it? And if you consider this. Can you please guide us how to get paymaya card? Thank you..

I think gcash would be the best option when withdrawing money from paypal. They dont take any withdrawal fee, you will only get charge 20php upon withdrawing on atm using their card.
