Hello BMF family,
Am from Zambia and PayPal is only limited to sending money or buying and not recieving funds in my country. How do i buy a valid paypal account and is it possible to link it to a my personal mastercard or visa card so that i start loading money.Kindly take note of my country and give a tried and tested help that you are sure will work in am country.

Even if a country is listed in that list, Paypal limits some of their features for some countries. In some country, you can have Paypal only for receiving money but not sending to someone else.
Oops, sorry me, but the same map, found by me on th web, I already sent to you in another post.
However, you are more experienced than I am about this.
Thank you.

I advise you to ensure the one you are about purchasing does not have links to any fraudulent transactions. This is to help you stay out of trouble.
Well more than anything else, I have to be careful with the exchanges: Payeer ----> Paypal.
The only exchange, which I made, from a BMF user, he wanted from me, a holding interest (to his advantage) around 40%. Too exaggerated, right?
Another told me that this would be almost an abuse, to be reported!
What do you think?
Thank you.

Report him. 40% is way too much. Hopefully, the guy is still around. When did this happen? You should make a marketplace thread for a deal like that for transparency sake.

See my friend. I may be stupid, but at the moment, it seemed like regular.
Except that, I was advised by another user, who I was cheated!.

Now, the one who asked for such high interest in me, I don't remember who he is. This happened in the month of March! You can understand.

But I hope there is no next time ... !!

But anyway, I ask you:can change me money from Payeer to Paypal?
Thank you.

Currently, I don't need to exchange my money to Payeer nor Paypal, sorry. Next time don't make a deal through pms, make one through marketplace thread.
I see. thanks for your advice. ?
Anywaw, it seems me so strange to could no find any a money-exchange site between these two well-known wallets.

With the very many payment platforms we have in place now, I wouldn't advise going through the hassle of buying Paypal account to avoid stories that touch.

People still need Paypal since many platforms/outlets are only paying through Paypal. Paypal is the needed evil.

Payeer is high risk since many gambling, casino and even HYIPs use it so exchanges don't want to risk it I guess.

@Emoney
Yes, about this I agree. Paypal in fact, this (at least at the moment), does not allow it.

@Niftyicon
Sorry but, have you tried Paypal in the past?
Yes and not just in the past even the present but due to restrictions in my country, I use my funds on other selling platforms. Buying an account could be risky is all my point.

I see. I'm sorry, can I know what your country is?
I'm from Italy.

Anyway I find this inconvenience that after, having to transfer money from Payeer wallet to my debitcard!
It has withdrawal fees equal to: 2.99%+5$. In my opinion, too high!

restrictions are being made to countrys, not users nationalities, which means, even if your account is made for example in the USA, you won't be able to use it in a country where paypal is banned

This is because the terminal on which the operator carries out his job with Paypal, recognizes to be in a Country where, using Paypal there, isn't allowed, I believe.
You see. One can have residence in a state, but also, to travel the world, for job, or for other.

Most of the people that buy guides on how to create PayPal account through proxy ended up loosing their money because freeze it . bitcoin, payeer, skrill are readily available
Same with Nigerians, it difficult to have a functional account that can receive money that's why I prefer receiving Bitcoin to exchange but I try using luno wallet now.

well, if you travel, you should really expect that, carrying funds in a credit card instead of paypal would be the ideal thing to do, as you don't know what will happen

Well, Paypal trace you country's IP so they know from which country you access your Paypal account from. It's not ideal to buy Paypal account since Paypal can still trace and ban you.

I don't think it should be a difficult thing to access PayPal even when you are outside your country despite that your IP might change, though credit card is the best option.

i experienced that, i traveled from Morocco to Germany, and everything was fine, even if the ip got changed, i was still able to access to my paypal with no verification or anything like that, except that i was using the same device
