This is a pipe dream and something that everyone wishes they could do. Just sit around your home, go surfing, travel, or play video games while the cash rolls in. Is this even possible? Not unless you were born into money or you've won the lottery recently. There always has to be some sort of effort on your part if you want to earn money. There are simple ways to earn a few dollars here or there and then there are ways that will take more time. Just remember money doesn't fall from the sky and it sure doesn't grow on trees. Only in fairy tales do the poor, abused, little girl, with rags on her back, get to marry the prince and live happily ever after. Unless you found a rich guy or gal to marry, keep reading on. Here are a few ways you can earn money, but you'll still need to add a bit of effort if you want to be paid.

Speak Your Mind:

Join sites like BeerSurveys.com and earn cash completing easy surveys every day. Now it is easy to speak your mind and give your opinion on different products and services to earn a few dollars here and there.

Go Shopping:

Download a few shopping apps on your phone and start shopping away. While you are shopping just check the apps and start scanning the barcodes and upload them to the company.

Use Your Phone:

Download a few apps that pay you to open your phone. Each time you scan the icon and open your phone, you'll earn money. Today everyone has a smartphone and normally opens it up 100 to 500 times a day to check messages or see if they've missed something. So why not get paid to check your phone?

Walk A Dog:

Join Rover and walk people's dog. You normally walk your own dog so why not add one or two dogs on your walk and earn some extra cash.

Take Pictures:

These days, everyone is taking pictures with their smartphone. Why not earn a few bucks selling these pictures online?

Watch Videos:

Instead of just sitting on YouTube and watching one video after another, why not join a site and get paid to watch these videos?

Play Games:

There are so many apps these days that will actually pay you to play their game. Why not download a few of them and get paid for something you like to do anyway?

House Sitting:

Watch a person's house while they are away on a trip or vacation. You can earn money while watching their home.

Browse the Web:

You love spending time online and searching for different things. Why not join a company like Nielsen Digital and get paid to do this?

Sell Your Clutter:

Just take some photos of items around your home that you no longer need or want. Now advertise these items on Craigslist or even eBay to earn a few extra dollars. There is a site called Decluttr that will buy your old electronics from you and pay you a fair price.

Earn Money Buying Food:

Certain apps will pay you money for scanning barcodes from the food items you purchased. Why not download these apps and start scanning away? Some of them only require you to scan your cash register receipts.

Speak English:

There are websites that are looking for people who speak English. All you basically need to do is talk to a person from another country and carry on a conversation in English with them. These sites will pay $14 to $22 an hour if you'll willing to do this.

Rent Your Car:

If you're not using a car a few days a week, make some money by renting your car out. This is a good way to earn a few bucks when your car sits idle in your driveway or garage.

Rent A Room:

If you have any spare rooms in your home, why not rent them out for some extra cash. College students are always looking for a cheap place to live.

Here are some great ideas how you can earn a few bucks by not doing too much at all. You still need to put in a little bit of effort in order to earn some money.

I never heard of ebesucher and browsy 24/7. But earning only 3 bucks per month can't even make someone rich. Lol! Well, it's okay. You did not even exerted a big effort. :)

Well since I have 12GB of ram and a decent CPU, I'm running a few VMs with different IPs so the gain would be greater :)

Maybe doing absolutely nothing it's not possible. Obviously if you're born in the Castle and are a descendant of the king or some political person involved in the government money is going to come to you relatively easy. There are, however, good ways to make money without much effort and energy lost. For example being a writer for some particular website. Or even a web tester.

Well both writing and web-testing requires some degree of skill and experience.

If you are getting this information from "work from home sites" and similar...it is a scam and a trap. There is no way to make money by doing absolutely nothing. Now you can setup sites and blogs to the point where the traffic depends on whether you make money....using Ad Sense and other options like this can guarantee you make money. However you still have to keep your sites up and stay consistent with blogs...so I can't see being able to make by doing nothing.

Try to start a kickstarter on Indie Gogo ,Kickstarter or Gofundme!! There is a guy who made 55 thousand dollars when he is only asking for a 10 dollar fund for making baked potatoes.

The title of this thread is the pitfall of investors who are duped into putting their money in scam investments. When I was younger, there was the fish pond scam where an agent would offer a fish pond for investment. All you have to do is give your money and they will make it work for you by buying fish fingerlings and feeds and take care of the fish pond and also do the harvest. Your investment will earn 3 times. Obviously, it was a scam and many fell for it. I was offered not once but twice. Fortunately, I believe that money cannot work for you that way.

Now there are lots of investment scam of different magnitude and styles. And if it's too good to be true, beware.

I also gave the information for Go fund Me. This is a fairly easy thing to do and if you have enough support you can get donations quickly. Many people are not aware of this service and I have been trying to notify any and every one I can of this phenomenal tool. Keep in mind there would need to be a cause worth supporting. If anyone has tried this please let me know how well it has gone. Interested in using this feature for a project I am doing.

Well that is certainly the dream of most everyone isn't it? I wish I knew the answer, and I am sure that some people are out there doing it, but the only real example that I can think of is people who just make money off of their investments, but that takes some original wealth to get started. If only we all could be trust fund kids.

It is a virtual machine that requires higher speed in computer. It is a software that will be installed in your PC and then you can use as many as IP's to browse the internet.
It is just like Hidemyass, but the software will be installed in PC.

Making money doing nothing isn't possible, however it is possible to make a steady income with some maintenance, although this requires a lot of initial work. For example, you could set up an authority site with affiliate links, and work on it less as it becomes more established.

One of my deaf students used to work as what you are talking about. She will do anything whatever her client will tell her on webcam and they will send her money. I wonder why she has lots of money until learning from her friends.

It's easy to use more then one ip if you use a proxy server.

I think there are a couple of ways (that I know of at least). One is using tor network ips but they are usually blacklisted which means. You can also use proxy and vpn service providers, there are even free ones but I havent really tried those. I use private internet access and they give you several different ips depending on the region you choose.

Unless you're a son or a business mogul or someone who's really really rich, there's not really a way to make money without doing anything. Even those people who do Forex trading for instance don't just invest and earn money without doing anything.

Maybe what @Sunday_Drivah is considered as doing nothing? I, too, am shy for that kind of job. Haha
