Hello, I would like to know if you know how to earn $ 12 per hour in France ?
Preferably by credit card or PayPal.

I don't think there is any program that pays people $12 per hour even in advanced countries you mention. If that is the case people are not going to do all those affiliate marketing CPA dropshipping etc when you can simply end 120 dollars in a day by working 10 hours straight. freelancing seems to be the only option to make that amount of money per hour if someone is a rendering quality service in the marketplace. I know some of my friend who are charging $10 per hour for proofreading and editing on Upwork.

Probably, it will be very difficult to come across such online jobs that pays about $12 per hour. But I am talking about the situation whereby there are people that usually carry out online community surveys.

Some of them even pay up to $50 in every videos survey you participate on. but it is only available for people in top-tier countries especially United States of America.

I need to be honest with you it can be very difficult to make $12 per hour if you are just starting out to make money online. Instead I will advise you to focus on a particular money making method. Reading through your post I can only think of becoming a freelancer because it's actually this set of people that I know that do offer their services based in the hours they are expected to work with you.
I can't seem to find a way to can earn that amount through PayPal although I am not making use of the app though. You should choose a freelancing service to offer and see if you can earn online in that way.

I am still trying to find a job that could be able to pay $12 per hour online.
The only business that would try to pay such amount of money if when you are so fortunate in your trading business and you made a profit of such amount.
The target set for me is not reasonable and have to be adjusted.......

I know that making money through people per hour is really profitable I have a freind who is working there and he made alot of money from it.

But I prefer fiver because I have use them before to earn some money.
If you have a good skills in programing and coding then you can make alot of money from this website and use the money to do some others things which can extend your skills accordingly and ensure that you make more money like trading the stock market.

But for making that amount of money per hour in that location I dont think that will be possible even if you come from united state which most paying program favour them that wont be possible.

12 dollar/per hours, well it is huge amount considering hour basis, but if you are skilled it's possible, you can work as a transcriptionist, it pays based on per file, these file length can carry from 2 min to 10 min. There are many site available online where you can apply for, if you got approved you can for sure will be able to make 12 or more than 12 dollar per hour.

The target you have for your self is too high but I don't know what you have in mind.
Many people make such amount of money but with a good working skills.
If you are very skillful in what you are doing and you are adding some value, people are ready to pay for your skills....

The fact of the matter is that there are many offline jobs that pay that much amount or even more than that. There is an app known as "One Hour Job" where people could search for work that pay on hourly basis. However, this particular app has not been rated by anyone yet, so I am not sure how good the app actually is.

I beleive that the only way which you can earn this amount of money is through forex or you can trade on crypto. They are all good investment opportunity which can earn you money but dont expect up to that amount of money.

I believe it is very possible for you to make up to that amount of money no matter your country of residence.

If you are a publisher on Amazon Kindle you can actually make consistent income every single day.

But that requires some level of knowledge and consistency for you to reach that level. There are even people that make much more than that passively on the internet.

Before you set a target of how much you want to make on daily basis you must have estimated your skills and the kind of businesses you are into.

If you are in a platform that allows you to make up to $5 everyday then you have to set your target towards that area.

If you're a freelancer you can set target on $20 or more on daily basis because you can get a lot of offers.

You must also have to look at your skills you have at the moment.
Many people set unrealistic goals that it will be very difficult to achieve.

The level of skill you have will determine the amount of money you can make on daily basis and therefore you must look at your skill and set your goals.

If you are working on fiverr for example and on a normal basis you make up to $20 then you can set your goals to $30 per day.

Someone who makes $20 per day can actually make up to $30 per day with more work. It will even be a motivation for you to do more in order to earn more.

But if you don't have a skill, there is no way you can be able to make anything and setting of goals is just useless.
