Just recently Elon posted this meme on his official Twitter account simply as a sarcastic remark on the meme cryptocurrency Doge. And yet soon after, the doge price went upward from from $0.003052 to $0.003433 or around 14% rise. Though not much, this shows that famous figure like him can also influences a crypto price even when he's not actively participating in the crypto community itself.

I don't think so lol. You can adverstise with meme but it's hard to predict the outcome and most companies are still using the old ways of advertising.

It's just a joke. Elon is mostly trolling on Twitter. Doge doesn't have that much future to begin with since the supply is unlimited, thus the price riase potential is limited.

My point is how many companies are actually using it? Most companies are still using the old ways of marketing, not memes. Even MyLead's rep there said the same - memes can be used as a form of advertisement, no one can deny this. But how many have tried to promote through memes?

I think most people have bought i even have some ,we are just waiting and hoping the price of doge increase to a large extent i think

It is nice that dogecoin was able to get that much rise just from a meme posted by Musk. If the coin gets more support, it would indeed do much better.

Well, now dogecoin has riseduch more than $0.003 , it's somewhere around $0.08 and no one would have even dreamt dogecoin will rise by such a large margin.
