The most important part of a buisness strategy is to decide the goals and objectives. Goal is the expected final outcome of the campaign of our Business that we want to achieve, where as objectives are more specific to the actions that we will take in order to reach our goals.

Deciding both goal and objective is very important for a business. When we set our goal, and timeley revision of objectives , that will help to stick to our path of success in business. Deviation from our objectives will lead to deviation from our goal and ultimately loss in business.

The biggest and most overall goal of my business is that I should be able to achieve the needs of my customers. I have my own Instagram and as such I currently am having 300 birds and my short-term goal is that I should be able to expand the farm to be able to accommodate up to 1,000 birds or even larger than that. It is not going to be easy but it is definitely going to be worth it.

Truth be told before a business can focus on the development and the betterment of their local area and their neighbourhood , the first priority is to make money and establish their company before they can think of helping the community.

I think they can indeed help the community meanwhile developing their business. The best way to develop the community and their business as well is by hiring the people in the community and helping to stop unemployment. Stopping unemployment is the best thing a business can do for the betterment of any society.

I do really understand you but most of the business organisation out there don't normally buy the idea of helping in developing the community, all they want is how to make money, and its few of them that normally have the people in mind.

Well, I am sure you might have hard about Non-profit organizations that tend to help people in the society. They do not sell stuff or services for a fee rather they depend a lot on charity and donations in order to run their organization and this is a kind of organization that is seen as something beneficial for the society.

Yes i have actually heard about non profit organisation and in my country most of them Are NGO (Non governmental organisstion) ,they are not company's and they don't sell products ,they are groups of wealthy people who assist people in needs.

These organizations usually depend on donations and a few other funding sources in order to run the organization. As far as I know, they are also funded by the government and some other private institutions that allow them to run their organization in a better way. They do not merely depend on charity, as far as I know.

I understand you quite right , these organisation are based mainly on wealthy people that created the organisation , though they also take donation from the outside world but they themselves are financially buoyant , i have one in my area here and know how they operate.

My main objectives of going into business is to solve my financial problem needs and to be a better person in the future , and the second objectives is to help people to solve their problems and by producing a better product which will makes me more popular.
