Former SEC Chairman Jay Clayton has come into controversy again for indirectly suppoting abuse of power.

Jay Clayton, alongwith Bill Hinmen sued Ripple, causing $15b losses to investors. (their documents are called Hinmen speech)

Although Clayton cannot give directions to SEC, but his successor Gary Gensler is suing as much crypto business as he could, yet Clayton is asking for more business to be sued.

Ripple CEO Angry

Some people applauded Clayton for supporting Bitcoin Spot ETF, Brad Garlinghouse is now very angry at Clayton, with Garlinghouse reminding everyone that Clayton sued Ripple the day before he retired.

Clayton always claims that the lawsuits against crypto exchanges is to protect investors. While that may sound good, we all know that the ego of the SEC has been bruised since some major crypto exchanges have failed to acknowledge the SEC as a regulatory agency in the crypto exchange industry.

Is he trying to do all effort and others to sabotage crypto currency development , because obviously cryptocurrency is definitely going to develop despite the push and pull backs and others that's what I noticed there

They are very true to their business model which is to defame and make fake attempts to make good companies get dissolved and them earn money from them in illegal ways they are actually supported by top people that is why such things happen actually indeed .

These people are the worst man. They are just trying to suck money of everything and everyone they claim to protect investors but what they are doing is more of harming them. the ripple case have already cleared they lost already but here they are still suing and suing.
