I think you are right, i saw many brokers not offer the service to the original people from the same country that they regulated in, i asked myself a lot why that, but i think i know the answer now, to decrease the risk that may come in this countries.

This is one of the risk of forex trading. Forex market is not tightly regulated. Only few brokers are genuine and are properly regulated. One of my friend lost over $5000 when he deposited the money into fraudulent forex exchange. Now, he don't know whom to complain to us.
