As per my overview, there are two types of CPA networks:
a) for beginners
b) for intermediate to experts
Some of the networks accepting freshers marketers such as Cpalead and AdWorkMedia. But when you go to apply to Maxbounty or Peerfly type networks then you've to submit your earning proofs, traffic sources etc. So it is slightly tough to join such kind of networks. What do you think @Mr. B

Agree, I don't have yet MaxBounty account but I do have AdCombo and PeerFly account, was hard getting accepted with these.

When Peerfly was new, they accepted me, but never promoted ads. It is tough to make money on CPA programs than cpc.
I have seen most of them makes good amount from these programs.

I think when a program is new to the market they accept quickly, but when they getting more publishers, starts to change their terms of services. I have attached the file as the offers are available and too low comparing to CPC.

I recommend you to start with some site that is working for a long time and that is paying. For the begin is maybe better to start with one or two of them before you see how they are working. You can check for them in some gorups on face book.

I try registering at the peerfly and maxbounty as recommended by a very good friend but I wasn't accepted so I had to still continue with the ones I'm still promoting.Some of these programs are so against tier 2 and 3 countries

If these 2 sites are accepting newbies easily and are legit, then it's worth a try. I have read and understand that it's a bit difficult to be accepted on the ones listed by Mr. B

Have you had any success with the two sites? I hope they don't require one to have a website before been accepted/approved because many of these are concerned about how you want to promote their products. This makes website a necessity for some of them.

If you are beginner than you should try other CPA networkd like CPalead or CPAgrip but if you are expert then go for maxbounty which is one of best CPA networks.

I don't know for now. About 2 years ago they were accepting everyone with or without website. I also made a account there which i think i still have (maybe).
I think their rules have changed.

I have heard about Offervault.Did you signed up to these advertising networks?Did you managed to make some cash outs from these networks.There is not very easy to earn some cash with CPA advertising network.It would be nice to see some payment proofs.Thanks

Linkshare has some fo the CPA offers. aand there are some of the really good options. and the best offers that needs to be checked. i have noticed that some of the best offers can be really good in terms of the conversion. i think even clickbank has good.
