AdGem commonly marks offers as done, but doesn't reward them until they get rewarded.
This is likely what is happening to you here. I have no record of any offers completed on my end from AdGem.(really 0 in the past few weeks to be honest).
If credit from the advertiser goes through to them, it goes through to me, then it goes through to you. If it doesn't go through to them, then it just is marked as completed, and I don't get paid and you don't get paid.

When you say they released the Tokens, what do you exactly mean? They don't release tokens until they release it to my site, and that hasn't been done, or I'd see it on my end.

If you don't get credit in 24 hours, I'd open a support ticket with them.

They will likely send you an automated message requesting for you to email them back asking for picture proof. Make sure to give picture proof, let them know when you did it, and through my site.

Give them 4 or 5 days to respond, if you still don't hear from them. I'd be more than happy to chime in. Just give me a reference number, as that will help them track it. If you wait more than than a month, they won't give you any credit , so try to do it ASAP. I'd like to help you out here indeed.
