I think from his statements, he expressed his lack of a full understanding of bitcoin. He was not necessarily speaking for nor against it.

I think the best thing Mr. Chamath Palihapitiya is that Bitcoin fostered the new vision of the commercial financial market and showed the weaknesses that the traditional financial system has in terms of investments and profits.

It's worth considering, what he said. Even though bitcoin had it's advantages, it can be dangerous big used the wrong way. Also, its effects on the financial system is yet to be seen in full.

I know about that part , the only part i am confused about is when he said that bitcoin is debatable on whether its good or bad. I really don't get him

There are many people who talk about cryptocurrencies without having investigated their history, when it comes to bitcoin it is a legal investment and it gives very good returns.

It's not that Bitcoin is not legit. Everything will have a disadvantage. One strong one about Bitcoin is that it's untraceable. So if you lose your money to a scam or mistake it's lost forever.

Yeah its very fast and easy ,,the annonymity is enough for people to pick crypto currency ahead of traditional banking and other payment method
