I think,my friend didn't have any referral to reached the threshold to made a withdrawal request. Cause,he still new about this online work. But btw,i have a trouble with rotate4all. My account got suspend with reason had more than 1 account with 1 IP. They suspend me with reason where i will never do that. If about my ISP,i dont know. Oh sorry to hear that. It took me a while to receive the money after they tagged it as Complete in the site though. But we always ssid bere it was a scam, just a matter of time. But maybe you'll still receive it

no not yet I guess the site is totally scammy also I bought on it 2.5$ ptc ads credit and when I made my ads I didin't receive any visiotrs like they took my money without giving me any ads. so don't try to work with it it's a scam
