Bitcoin.com gathered the Dutch police arrested a man and wife and were able to siezed from the $33 million worth bitcoin in two different bitcoin stashes with one cache holding 1488 bitcoin and the other holding 1044 bitcoin.

Rotterdam District court charged them of money laundering and they are to serve 2 and half a year jail terms.

Investigation shows most of the bitcoin transactions ran by them were linked to dark web and the dealt with unverified bitcoin traders.

Some people are just criminally minded. I am sure these same set of individuals are also tax evaders. Many keep misusing the advantage of anonymity that bitcoin has.

This is,really bad so after stealing such amount of money they were now selling to bitcoin traders through p2p , am very sure they would have sell at low price just to sell it off

When you see bitcoin that is been sold at very cheap price you should note that something very negative is attached to the bitcoin . We just need to be extra careful.

Yeah there is always a suspect attached to it , but sometimes do majorly sold theirs cheap maybe they need quick money to settle many things

Even if the person needs money the differences is usually in cents which is understandable but it goes too cheap be careful with such deal. People that buy bitcoin in large volume are the ones that easily fall victim.

Yeah i understand what you meant by that statement because majority who trades and sells large quantity of bitcoin at the lowest price above minimum might be fake or a scammer

Yes they can but it takes , money and energy to be honest along trained manpower to make use of the resources to make things actually happen tbh in my opinion .

Definitely that's going to go into the Revenue of the government And the ones that found to provide help might get a share of that in my opinion to be honest Actually .

I think most times they are kept as revenue just incase of any emergency and others ,I think this is the some of the things government makes use of it for

Use of it for what ?!! i think that will do bad use for it , i don't know but they should not keep that money them , and he has to pay for the court they should let him chose his way to do that .
