There are many brokers who provide free passes to their webinar held online. While there are also offline seminars which you can attend if you are a customer of that broker. But does attending such webinars or seminars really help in trading?

I personally feel that, when you join such events, there are mostly the professional traders who will speak in the podium. Hence, they will share their experience and knowledge with others. That will surely give us a lesson which we can implement in future trading. So I think it is beneficial to attend such events.

Earning on his/her own sometimes always work out than going to seminal but it is just about how good a person is ( I mean the level the way we love to learn things is different). Some people are intelligent of which they can do things on their own.
Being intelligent doesn't mean that the person can do good in anything he sets into , there are things that he can understand on his own .

I know of some people who do not have the ability to understand things on their own until they teach them. Anyway, People have different nature, but I always respect those that understand things on their own.

It is really beneficial to attend such seminars and webinars when ever we have the opportunity to, as we get to learn about different strategies used by experts and also stay updated with happenings in the trading market.

Not everything can someone understand on his or her own , they need someone to guide them to as extent before they can go ahead on their own

Hmm... I get your point. That's why we need not to rely on ourselves too much. No-one has the completeness of knowledge. We need to seek knowledge day by day.

That is right. That humility that enables people to always be ready to learn from others is what makes many to be successful. So we should always be ready to learn from any sources.

Attending Webinars will only be effective if you are an active learner, if you are someone who is passive, then you would just be wasting your money.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I also think that such seminars and webinars enence the skill of the the traders, specially they will be able to learn from different types of traders and their success stories in such events.
Just as they say, "Two heads are better than one." Attending seminars and webinars can indeed improve our trading skills especially if we put into practice the things we learned.

Yes it does. I have little idea about the indicators they will taught during some of these these things. Yet I prefer to have videos downloaded on !y phone so that I can watch over again. Some of these webinars are not free which poses more challenge

I understand that some of the webinars charges you to attend, but there are also many which does not require any amount and is totally free to anyone. If you are not interested to pay for this, you should try to attend those free webinars.

I think you can learn different things and method of trading through seminars , it was through seminars I learnt how to trade cryptocurrency

Seminars and webinars are mostly free to attend. There are only rare of them which may cost you something. if it is free then I think all traders should and all their and learn from there.

Even if it cost you some amount of money ,it's nevertheless still best you attend the seminars , because most times experienced traders could attend the seminars and give you the right knowledge to carry out trade

I can't agree more with you.even if the webinars cost you something, but the knowledge that you will gain is paramount. You can use that knowledge practically in the market.

In my personal experience, there are different types of hosts in seminars and webinars, there are those who are actually effective and informative while some are just there to encourage you by bragging there achievements to join there program then you have to pay for it since you will enroll to the said program. there will always be pro's and con's to all the FREE seminars/webinars. If you do want to improve and learn new skills without paying, I suggest look up for free courses online. To me it's much more helpful than seminars/webinars.

Yeah, most of those webinars are usually free to join. They are really great for learning and so traders should really be attending them.

There are people who learn better through reading books about anything they would like to venture into to succeed in business and I think this kind of people do not excessively need to attend webinar or seminars.

On the front end, several seminars give quite excellent material. This is acceptable since it is unrealistic to believe that you can absorb everything the speaker knows in 90 minutes. I think that the issue arises from the high-priced coaching packages that are always marketed at these events, promising the moon and the "secrets behind the secrets" but only delivering pitiful results.

Very good point. One who always read already has good amount of knowledge, but attending such webinars and seminar is only beneficial to their experience. There is no harm to attend them.

When are learning a subject like trading then any kind of help should be welcome. Seminars and workshops are great in the olden days although I know they can do that now with distant learning methods. If you have the time and the interest then attend those webinars for your learning.
