There are sometimes that you may feel very tired of your business due to different reasons. You may decide to give up because you're not earning well. But I don't think it's enough to give up. I have never had a big business before but I currently have a blog. There was a time that for more than 2 months on the blog, I did not earn up to $1 for that two months. I got to a time that I almost quit the blog because the main reason that I created the blog was to make money with it.
But I later decided to not quit and decided to post for fun. I now post things that interest me and share my ideas to others. Though till now I don't earn much from it but I believe that it will pay me one day.

It depends if the business is in decline or that I see that the business isn't thriving anymore or that I am gaining losses instead of profit regularly , though if I still see that there is still chance that the business will grow then I'll continue it with that mindset that maybe I'm just missing a few things in the business and that's easily solvable

Talking about my kind of business, never. In spite of the great difficulty to find new students in my geographic area. My individual small business is cheap to maintain and giving up it would mean never reaching the right of a pension.
