Do you invest in Dogecoin? I am holding a little bit of this money, but now it's too low! Do you recognize the potential of dogecoin? According to you, when can it get up to $1? Thank you.

I dont invest in dogecoin but im collecting dogecoin in some faucet sites. But i still hoping will increase in the future. And thats the time that im gonna be a millionaire ahaha.

Now that is still very cheap i belive any one has money he or she can try to invest in it cos this was how bitcoin started and has grown to thousands of $

that doesn't guarantee that dogecoin will also grow to thousands of $, but as it is so cheap you can invest some of your pocket money and just hope for the best

You can't be too sure,in life never say never.Who could have believe the pricing of Bitcoin now some 3-4 years back.Well I'm still claiming and storing my litecoin.I hope it will be worthwhile years down the line.

For sure, cos it will deffinately rise no matter how little it may be one will still gain something from return on investment

Yes ,it is very good to take cryptocurrencies as long term investments,if the coins are worth it.As said somebody, just forget in the wallet.Well, anyway, you have to check everyday, how the price of cryptocureencies stands, and if it evolves well, store them in your wallet.

I have heard about dogecoin but not so much familiar with it like some other coins, few days ago one of my friends asking the same question and I replied her, I don't know more about it so how can I invest?

IDK If Doge has a limited Supply or No , cause coins with no limited supply with Always stay Low Priced. I Really can't see the reason why it should skyrocket to even 2-3 cents.

for the moment doge has an unlimited supply of coins.. but I'd actually have a question, I couldn't find out the reasoning you used for this: why can't coins with unlimited supply become high priced?

It's the law of supply and demand. The higher the demand, the higher the price. Demand increases if an item is rare or limited in supply. That's what happened to Bitcoin. It is limited to 21 million.

Dogecoin, on the other hand, is unlimited. It started with a very large number of coins (100 billion if I'm not mistaken), and several billion more will be introduced every year, thus making it unlimited.

I think I'm not doing a very good job of explaining this, but what I said here might lead to better explanations :)

Thank you for explaining. I already knew about the law of supply and demand, but I didn't know that the number of coins available can influence the demand of a currency. For instance let's think about it, how many people do really know that the number of Bitcoins is limited to 21 million? Exactly. Yet everybody wants it. That's why I didn't even see any connection between these two at first.

On this site you will be able to see the limit of every single crypto coin there is : https://coinmarketcap.com
As for doge , circulation supply is over the limit of 100 billion but Couple of more billions are made every year... so basically unlimited. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/dogecoin/

No worries, Emill :) Looking into the market capitalization and the number of coins also adds some light to the topic.

Bitcoin : 21 million coins: currently at 14500 USD = roughly 300 billion USD market capitalization
Dogecoin : 113 billion coins (!!!) : currently at 0.0086 USD = around 970 million USD market capitalization

For Dogecoin to reach 1 USD, the market capitalization should be around 113 billion USD, more than 1/3 of Bitcoins market capitalization. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it won't be easy for the Doge to reach that soon.

I haven't invested any money on any cryptos, just collecting from faucets. All the coins that I collect, I convert to Dogecoin :D:D:D

I'm haven't too actually, just like you, faucet is the only way right now for me to collect doge.

Perhaps people think that doge is worthless beside bitcoin, one question, when bitcoin going up to $1mill/btc, means that 1 satoshi is worth at $0.01, is there any remaining faucet out there ?, no, who want to give free $0.01/5min right? 10 faucet at the same time is $0.10.

Bitcoin is the king, with the fee too. Imagine you are going to buy a drink at conve.store for $3, but your parking fee is $2.5. when you need a low value coin to make any transaction, doge maybe possible to handle that, at least it fast and low fee.

If You are interested , i have 2 doge faucets paying 0.1-0.13 Doge Every 4 Minutes , Send me a message if you want them. :) That's off topic ofcourse , but people who want doge , can claim it Mostly in faucets.

I started too some while ago collecting Dogecoin from different faucets. The value of the Dogecoin it is not that high, but he developed very well from the start,so it might be getting a higher value in the future too.

I choose to invest in better currencies. dogecoin is only good for the low fees. and that's why many people recommend that. but apart from that there does not seem to be much benefit of the currency. and one has to be really serious about getting things to work around.

Yes,the only advantage to invest in Dogecoin is,that you can trust it some way, because it is on the market for a very long time.We can hope as well, that some day the price of the Dogecoin will be much higher, than it is right now.

I have not yet invested in any doge coins but I claim doge coins from faucet nearly every day. I am always on the lookout for a very good faucet.
