yes, it works/need hard work btw but may cause you will not get Adsense approval to need to make it legitly not like spamming all around...

I would say that relevant comments can be a nice addition along with your backlinks variety like if you have visitors coming from quora , enterpreneur and top visited websites you do not need to worry for comments just focus on the main content and readers of your website and do your work with passion and zeal
