The fact that you have been scammed by some shitty admins doesn't justify your conclusion. Most Russian site pays at least for some time before they go scam.

Yes. I never said this is a scam project but I was only refeeing to the fact that most russian site (not all) turn to scam users over night. I have been a victim before.

Some russian site admins do run away with users money overnight but there are still legit admins who have been paying for the past 18 months and still paying.

I have had several worst experiences with russian investment sites. Admins are too greedy and have no real business operations. They are mostly ponzi schemes.
