Crowdtap is similar to a survey site, however, it is a bit different. On this site, you will be sharing your opinion about different products that you test. The website will match big brand names with different consumers or site reviewers. The site is always looking for people who are willing to share their personal opinion about a product they have used, test a brand new product, write product content for name brands, and spread the word around about the product with their friends or even on social media. You can only join the site if you live in the United States.

How Does it Work?

• In order to participate, you'll need to register with the company and create your account.
• You can sign up using your Facebook account or your email address. If you choose to use your email address, you're required to create a password to log in with on the site.
• You should know that if you sign up with your email address, the site will still require you to verify your Facebook account. So basically it is easier to just sign up with your Facebook account.
• The Facebook account that has been verified and used on the site can't be changed no matter what. The site isn't able to switch your Facebook account. So if something happens on Facebook, you will be out of luck signing into the site.
• The site is very strict how you sign into the site. If you started with Facebook then you need to continue to use Facebook each time you sign into the site. The same goes with your email address.
• After signing up on the site, you'll need to fill in your profile information. This is important if you want to receive samples from the company.
• Fill in your shipping address. They can't send you any samples if they don't have this information.
• The company will allow more than one person from the same household to have an account. They just need to verify their account in order to be accepted.

How To Earn:

• You will earn money by completing different missions:
• Polls
• Photo Mission
• Text Mission
• Content Mission
• Discussion
• Question Mission
• Sampling or hosting a party
• There are two ways to earn on the site:
• Free products
• Earning 1000 points from completing missions.
• You can trade the points for different gift cards.

This is a great site to join. If you like to sample products or complete other tasks, then check out this site. Only people living in the United States can take advantage of this site.

It has not helped me with my problem. Still no acknowledgment. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

I wonder why they are so delayed. This has gone on for 2 months.

Just an update on this situation. Still no answer from Crowdtap other than the instant "we got your request" message they send out when someone fills out a ticket. I have enough for a $10 Amazon gift card there and I am being given the runaround. So much for Crowdtap being legit in my eyes. If anything happens and I get some sort of response from then (other than automated) I will post it here and I will certainly post if I actually get my gift card!

Has anyone else had any problems solved by their techs lately? Is it just my account that is being snowed?

So many months later and still no resolution to my problem. I have been paid by them in the past so I know they will pay but it seems if you have any sort of technical issues, hang it up they are no longer reliable.

That is really weird. Ive never had a problem with them, however a week or so back I told an online friend about it, he joined them, did some questions the same day, and then they banned him, deleting his account, saying he wasnt providing long enough answers, sorry you have had such a problem with them. Only other thing I can think of is send them a note using a different email?

Thanks, its just such a bummer since they seem to be paying everyone else!!! I tried one last time to get something out of them but it didn't work so I opened a new account. We will see how this goes.

Why most of them are just for Americans? However, there are a lot of international products that we can all share thoughts and ideas about. I have the same problem with similar sites like testing Time.

Im not using the website anymore, don't have time for it right now a lot of school projects going on anyways for those of you asking why they might accept only americans well that could be summed up in profitability.
Most companies are willing to pay more to reach US traffic because they are almost guaranteed to convert where on other countries it is actually super hard to convert their offers due to their unique economical evironnement
