Can anyone help me on the procedure of do it yourself on how to create my own android Mobile App thati can use Admob with it.
I will appreciate.

I recommend a service which you can use for free called, AppyGen. You can create different mobile apps without coding, and Admob is integrated! For the free plan, a small % is claimed by AppyGen. But you can download the game and upload it to the Play Store without extra costs. If you would like to make one from 0, I recommend learning Java and working with Android Studio (free). There are plenty of good tutorials on Youtube about how to get started. ;)

Thank you for recommending the site. I have always been thinking to learn how to build mobile app, but it'd be good if there is such service which I can build an app much faster. It's good to try it out since it's free to start. I don't mind being charged a small % if I'm able to sell my apps. :p

Try sketchware app "create your own app" on playstore. You can make an app or games just using your android phone. No programming background needed. But I recommend to read/learn some basic java. Or you can just search on youtube for tutorials. I made one game using it. I exported it from sketchware and imported it to android studio. It's almost done. I just need to integrate an ads, adding consent form(GDPR), making screenshots and feature graphic for play store.
Note: I'm still beginner in android development and I'm just searching tutorials on youtube and stackoverflow.

What most programmers do is build the app, whether a gaming or any other utility, create a website and take some ads for the site. Then integrate the website into the app. So whenever the user is online, your site's ads are viewed and you earn cash.

You need to have some knowledge of Java or Haskel to create an android app, and then you can justimport the admob library and put the ads.
Or you can also hire someone to do everything for you.

Not that much. I can create an app to display some text and graphics via OpenGL ES, but not a highly attractive game. It may need more time for me to master that. Game programming is very wide.

i suggested you use Google playstore service of paying 25 dollars for whole life you can place your apps there. And use java and apps language code to build your apps , better are applications apps, then apply Google adsense program to earn money from its advertisements !

Google AdSense seems too complicated and takes time to be approved to get the ads incorporated into the app. If there's a rather short way to do that I would be greatfull to know.

Quickappninja.com is a great place to easily build an app to make money with. Also the option to use admob with the apps made on that site make it even better to create an app at their website.

You have to learn that bro for some time.
there are plenty of courses in Udemy, Coursera and youtube. and what I advice you is to create your app by Android.studio because it's the best

the ads part is literally the easiest in the whole process, you just drop the ads from your account's pannel in Admob in the code source of the app.
making the app is the most hard part (unless you know how to)

If you are new in craeting or developing apps then it will be little difficult to learn. But while the days going on you will get to know about it and when you are ok then it will be very easy to create an app
