Do you mean that It is not possible to redeem our earnings in bitcoins? I guess I won't join for now then as I only have a bitcoin wallet and It is the only cryptocurrency that I am working at the moment.

Can you define what you mean by "hijacked" please?
Best to change your password to a completely new one, don't use passwords from other faucets or sites.

I did reset my password with new ones for the 2nd time now. This time they cashed in my balances for lottery tickets, and I got no notice whatsoever. CoinPot is NOT keeping our accounts safe.

Sorry this happened to you and it's unfortunate they not trying to help you resolve the problem.
I never had issues with CoinPot as yet and no one has ever hacked my account or withdrew any balance so I can't help you here, sorry.
