According to experts ,Coinbase & Blockchain is only two best web based wallet !.
But as we know anytime blockchain can also be hacked ,and Coinbase(Best Wallet in USA) is suffering some issues .

So which one to choose to store our large amount of Bitcoins safe ?.

One famous youtuber recommend to use hardware wallet
If it was possible to be hacked people would not use Blockchain wallet.
I use it myself, it has couple layers of protection including SMS 2-factor authentication.
If people don't use proper antivirus plus download stuff from untrusted sources, of course, they can put their wallet at risk.

I did some research before picking my wallet and it is true that online wallets are not as safe as hard wallets. Blockchain accounts can be hacked, but so can Coinbase and all the other types of online wallets. So it's not just Blockchain accounts that can be hacked. They're all vulnerable.

I do agree that a hard wallet is best but they also cost more money. For me, I'm using Blockchain and so far I haven't had any problems. If you enable the highest level of security on your account, you might be OK with storing a large amount of BTC on there. But nothing is guaranteed safe, especially not online so I wouldn't put all my eggs in one basket if I were you.

Not only blockchain wallet that can be hacked but every online wallets are vulnerable to hack, the only way is to make a routine check of the security threats and status of the wallet. Blockchain is the best wallet I am currently using and no issues so far

I have both, plus a few wallet apps on my phone and desktop. I prefer using coinbase just because my bank accounts are set up in there. And i am able to sell my crypo for USD when needed.

How ever in spite of all that, hard wallet or wallet apps are the way to go.

there is a risk when you keep all your coins using onlines wallet because we dont know what next would it be. i do had Coinbase,Blockchain and others web wallet using it for my transaction but if you had a large amount of BTC i suggest you moved it into the cold storages, buy a hardwares wallet such as Trezor or Ledger

I do not have any experience with blockchain. I have been using coinbase since 2015 and I have never been dissatisfied with coinbase. However, in my home country coinbase has limited function. I cannot buy or sell bitcoins or trade bitcoins from my coinbase wallet. Coinbase does not support full functionality in my home country.

I have both of them though i use blockchain wallet more for transactions but the facts is that both of them have good reputation and very secure but naturally I love blockchain.

I use both blockchain and coinpot as wallets and I find both very reliable. However, I find blockchain to be very reliable for transactions. It really safe and secure.

I use coinbase vault option. If you put bitcoin for example into a vault. It requires that you approve any withdrawal from two different email address, and a text. After that, the money will not be removed from your wallet for 48 hours. During those 48 hours, you can cancel the withdraw at anytime from either email, or by logging in and canceling it. But, you can still put money into it like a normal wallet.
For some of the hyip programs, I use a vault wallet.

And if someone wants to hack my account and deposit coins, they are welcome to do that :)

Blockchain has the most powerful security system in the web
I never heard that they hacked blockchain
Coinbase has problems on security system is so weak
In my opinion
I use coinbase for low fees because Blockchain has big fees and I can't afford that
If you know how to protect yourself I recommend using coinbase
and blockchain will be a nice experience too

You are right @Mbwolf with your analysis about both wallets but currently their transaction fees are lower and almost the same. I love blockchain wallet cos it has app version with tight security, I wouldn't know if coinbase also has the app version

In Blockchain if you choose low fees You will wait more than 1 month for the transaction to be completed
I tried it before and I waited to much until I was like : let the money go I don't need it
but if you put High fees they will send your money very fast
in conclusion Blockchain is all about how much money you have
So much money = very fast
little money = You wait until you die

I doubt if you had used blockchain any time this year cos I just tried to transfer $30 worth of bitcoin now and the transaction fee was not up to $0.4 and it is expected to be deliver ed in hour. Check out blockchain again

I didn't use blockchain for one year and a half I think
So I will check it again to see the fees
I didin't know that they dropped it like that
0.40$ is a good price as a fees for 30 dollars I think
that's great .thank you for the information brother

You welcome, you can always check and a very easy and secure transaction with blockchain and you can download the app version in playstore for convenience.

In my opinion, Coinbase is good at the interface and its accessibility, but it lacks some customization (for example, importing wallet, exporting wallet, etc.)
Blockchain supports private key import-exporting, but it only supports BTC, while CB supports also ETH and BCH.
