I know but for example look at oturl or icutit. The are running for over a year and they can handle a pretty nice cpm.

I just saw their site and payout rates. They have maximum 16$ CPM its very much high, but unfortunately, we can't pay that much CPM for now. But maybe in the future, we can increase our CPM.
