I've heard it said that it's a lot easier to make money with CPA networks because you don't have to sell anything. Just get someone to do something an advertiser wants them to do and you earn some money.
I had a look at a few CPA networks and all of them made it quite clear they had "stringent eligibility requirements for publishers" and made the deduction that unless you had a website then there's no way you could be accepted by any of the CPA networks.
What if you have an email list you built when you still had a website or have some other ways to promote their offers, would CPA networks take that into consideration?
